✓Sommelier hosting — a real sommelier in the room for the full 90-minute tasting, walking your guests through each bottle.
✓Custom wine curation — a selection built around your occasion, your guests, and what you want them to feel that night.
✓Tasting cards — printed for each guest: region, producer, what to look for, why this bottle is in your hand.
✓Glassware coordination — we work with whatever you have, or arrange it if you don't.
✓Pairing notes — if there's food on the table, we make sure the wines work with it.
✓Recap email — within a day, your guests get a takeaway: what they tasted, where to find it again, what to try next.

How it works

Five steps, start to last pour.

Tell us about the night

Date, headcount, occasion, vibe. Wine drinkers, wine-curious, or a mix. Any dietary considerations.

We propose a format + estimate

Within a few days you get a write-up: experience fee, suggested wine direction with rough cost range, and any add-ons you might want.

You approve, we curate

Once you're in, your sommelier builds the wine list. You see and approve it before any bottles are bought.

Tasting night

Sommelier arrives, sets up, hosts your group through the evening. You host the people; we host the wine.

Recap notes

Within a day, your guests get a recap — what they tasted, what to look for, where to find it again. So the night doesn't end at the last pour.

How many guests can we host?

6–12 works best. We can flex either direction; let us know what you have in mind.

How far in advance should I book?

Two to three weeks is the sweet spot — gives us time to curate, source, and confirm. We can move faster for simpler nights when needed.

Where do you operate?

Memphis metro by default — including Germantown, Collierville, East Memphis, Midtown. Further out is possible with a small travel adjustment; ask.

Can we coordinate with a caterer?

Yes — and we encourage it. We'll talk to them about pairings before the night, or your sommelier can plan the food alongside the wines if you'd rather we handle it.

What if the night needs to change?

Reschedule any time before the wine list is approved at no charge. After bottles are sourced, we'll work through it together — we want this to land right.
